Contingency budget on the first well will cover a few delays and disruptions but nothing major. The risk is slower rates or well issues blowing a hole in the first well and IVZ are 100% exposed without a JV. The second well budget I would see as partly a proper level of contingency for the first well. Try raising cash with rig delays is the worst of all evils.
