mining board has approved it which is what matters. It will be published when it's published. There was a note at the end of the gazette last week that suggested that gazettes need to be with the (whoever does it) 21 days before it's published. So could be another 2-3 weeks. But it matters not as it's been approved and there is no right of objection.
