Only finally got around to watching the JRI interview this morning. While I take Scotts comments on board regarding the raise, there is still a number of items that bug me. He states the 1:1 oppies "aren't ideal" - no shit, then why offer them. Even 2:1 would have been plenty attractive if he really felt he needed to offer them. I still don't think they were needed.
The other point is that he state the oppies will only be a thing if we have a hit and will fund the appraisal campaign. However then goes on to say we will be a billion dollar company if we hit so raising $20m then will have minimal dilution. Then again why the oppies at 40c now? we could raise far higher later if we have a hit.
