If you look at the chart (daily) over past 6 months... You'll see the volume spikes between 3-3.2 cents that tells you there will most likely be trapped holders who may want to exit, which in turn casues the congestion on the chart... The Key to sp pushing through this congestion zone is sustained volume over a period of time... I am hoping the timing of the west linapacan announcement will allow the sp to push through this congestion zone.. It it has not all ready....
