Yes oracle $180k is thin, but at least it's lot better than it has been... IMO NDO needs to trade 20 million plus volume over a period to really get some strong momentum behind it..
Also top of the downtrend is @ 2.7 cents so would like to see the sp move above that to establish a possible reversal pattern..
