It's a Gann timing cycle method... There is some on youtube about Ganns teachings but it is so inaccurate..
Also this timing has direct correlation to
1- Our market....
It's funny becasue if the longer term signals start to give confirmation along with the rise in a sp..
Some will say it's management turning the company around when it has nothing to with them at all... It's about where the money flows out from bigger cap stocks into the smaller end of the market....
