Yes, it's very hard to tell what they've spent already and I've tried back tracking on the spend. All I can assume from the last qrtly is that where it states they have 28mil cash at hand which inlcudes the 8 mil in brackets if they still had 21 mil left from the facility it would read 20 mil + (21mil) they would have 41mil cash at hand instead of 28. But as usual we are lft guessing.
