In the Insight interview (Feb14) Phil says they have spent around 18% of the estimated 43m capex as at the end of January. That would be 7.7m
That appears to tally reasonably closely with reporting of development costs in the quarterlies.

I am not sure whether they are reporting long lead items for SC63 under development or exploration. I would expect it to be under exploration but not sure on this.

In the same interview he says they don't expect to draw any further on the debt facility in Q1 and notes it as drawn to $9m
