I think Intec is staying cautious about when the GBG will be finalized so as to not disappoint shareholders. It would be better for them to announce the results earlier than anticipated rather then be late so Intec is giving a very conservative timeline for the GBG completion date.
I have been wrong before with regard to the GBG progress and may well be again but I have a gut feeling about this one.
I welcome any announcement about progress in China and hope you are correct. Several good announcements close together would do wonders for the share price.
