Almost every coner of the earth connected to a fosil fuel network. Governments spent most of their wealth to start the process of purification of crude and the net work to haul petrolium products. There are several tankers constantly running to replenish feul even in the remote areas of the world. It will not be a fast transition. But gradually as the next generation goes in to work force we will see a meaningful change. ICE will have to invent heavily and be cost effective to add value in software and other tech wich is naturally a must in EVs.
