tastarga if ive been informed correctly the geo only thinks its nickle and has only confirmed a Significant Sulphide Mineralisation, which means there is a fairly good chance its nickle but it also could be a big black lump of worthless iron sulphides, the announcement only says potential nickle mineralisation nothing about any grades of nickle.
Also pointed out to me today gold can be sold in seconds where as nickle can be regected very easily if quality is not the best, TIR a great example.
From what I know the company would love both a gold and nickle find, but if you were to choose out of the 2 a gold mine is quicker to set up and cheaper and can be sold mighty fast.
In the end im happy aslong as RRS find something to dig up and sell, wether its gold-nickle or dinosaur bones, as long as it has value :)
