I've given some more thought to the trading activity for the last three days, in particular Wednesday & Thursday.

There were a number of 'price & volume' queries issued by the ASX during this period however it defies belief that MMZ weren't the subject of a query themselves given the 'massive' spike in both price & volume on Wednesday & volume alone Thursday?

As I alluded to in a previous post perhaps MMZ were/are the subject of a such a query & are 'sitting' on their response until first thing tomorrow morning however having said that it would seem that if MMZ were the subject of such a query on Wednesday/Thursday then managmement would not be in a position to 'sit on' their response until Monday given that it seems a much shorter turn around period for a response is required by the ASX?
