    I had to look up some stuff Goldy and thought others might be interested re firing pin! Sounds like something that the greatest cop in history (SFPD Inspector "Dirty" Harry Callahan) would use!

    Agree though with your sentiments re IVR but wish the bu@#ers would hurry up!
