following the smart money

There's been for this little company some huge changes in the past month.The question is with all the shares changing hands (approx 312million shares in the last 2weeks) are these changes for the better or the worse?
The company used to have a little cash in the bank and rights to 100 movies.Now it has potential access to a gold mine, thru more shares on issue more cash in the bank (noted: more on future options at cheap prices to unknown people)
The share price price has gone from around 1cent doubling to around 2cents
So......my BIG QUESTION IS! WHAT IS THE SMART MONEY DOING? Selling out or Buying in?
