I doubt there would be a big enough % of shares in the "overthrow" group to do a BGS style shareholder mutiny.. problem is the groups with big equity in the project might even be the one control demolitioning the SP so they can gain a big % or even the whole thing cheaper than would otherwise be the case.. when this happens, unless you guys are gonna by up shares on market to rival 50% then no vote will be passed, existing board and hegemony will destroy any uprising (they have an advantage).
