Now these sort of numbers are what will be used in further deals. They have stated Fuji has first right of refusal, recently too, one could also assume that cyp would give Fuji 90 days to take up there option from when cyp says GO,
as for CLI if my memory is correct it was stated that CLI WAS spoken about during a meeting with the Japanese authorities, this meeting was led by Fuji
time will tell, this could be very complicated and is super important for our business model
