My fundamental risks in the short-term are;
- Next announcement is lackluster (triggering a plunge)
- Deals made in lead-up to the CR were significantly under-priced meaning lower than expected revenues in the next update
- Existing call recording providers innovate, with the major competitive advantage of their strong relationships with customers
- Major telco provides their own services at a lower cost, making the Dubber solution uncompeditive for other telcos
- Lack of newsflow causes a retail sell-off

These risks will greatly increase in likelihood as more time passes without news.

Note my sentiment is still buy at this price... and I'm working on the assumption a major telco is not just around the corner.
