fonda to be on aust pbs?

Does anyone know the state of play on this.

Had a conversation with a resident (about to become a relative) at a major Aust hospital who knew about generic fonda and was looking forward to it being approved under pbs. She spoke matter-of-factly about looking forward to the approval and said its use will increase 'greatly' (won't use the word she used lest I be accused of hyperbole) in Aust over the next few years.

Does anyone have an accurate understanding of what will/has happened on the Aust front?
