In terms of CR i remember post Fonda there was talk of raising funds via convertible debt securities. But the market at the time was shocking with Euro about to implode, I think they should re-visit this again as market conditions have improved. With all the money printing in the US and low interest rates it could be a way to raise funds, or even a straight debt facility. This way they could cover the funding short fall, still pay out a small div and limit dilution. The debt could be paid back with IPO2 raising/partnership funds or another CR at a later time when the SP is stronger.
