Sorry if I misunderstood you iva. I took "What is the reason the ACL is only entitled to 10% royalty?" to mean that you accepted they were only entitled to 10% royalty but wanted to know why. Also, took "Why are they not keeping it in line with the US?" to mean you accepted it wasn't in line with US, but wanted to know why.
In saying that, I think it's reasonable to move to a royalty instead of a profit share. Trying to audit profit on one product to establish ACL's share would be a nightmare. Pretty easy to cost shift in a plant.
