We are now only entitled to a 10% royalty of net sales in the EU. The margins on Fonda in the EU are alot lower the the US aswell, so MGMT don't want to go over stating anything IMO. Today was a good day for a positive announcement... Some might not like the timing, i personally think it was great as some have been speculating that this week could be the start of a correction in the overall market...
