    I'm not sure how Fonterra can do this. I read the amendments to the BGA Constitution to apply only if the Directors decide to exempt from the restrictions in relation to a takeover by BGA.

    Clearly what's going on in the dairy industry has nothing to do with fundamental value and everything to do with strategy.

    I still see higher prices for WCB.
