Agree there will not be a stalemate.

ACCC have approved BGA, but can not see approval coming for MG or Fonterra.

Taking out WCB by either MG or Fonterra will not be in the best interests of dairy farmers. Less players for milk will decimate the farm gate price.

Saputo offer would have thought this would need FIRB approval.

Hear there is a new venture started up in Northern Victoria and fully operational next month. They are targeting UHT market that is in high demand from China and Asia.

BGA/WCB as one puts another decent size entity into the industry.

Lets keep the Australian Dairy Industry, Australian and not foreign controlled.
