Net Affect: Fonterra-a N.Z. controlled company-now has vice grips on BAL and it's future!
With a bare A$1 million Cash left as of 31st Dec 2016, no liquid tangible assets that can be immediately converted into cash, then BAL is wholly dependent upon on Fonterra and China...
