The lazy mans post was simply that, buy or sell the change in trend and that can be seen when the MA flips and as you know its the charting thread and for that reason FA comes a distant second in this analysis

LNC was pumped up and pumped up hard, as soon as the lows of those BC's began to fail (big clue distribution is highly likely) , the next step was a likely revisit to the highs (more selling orders to fill), then it was simply waiting for confirmation cause all the cards were lining up
