you seriously believe the decline in the SP of HAS is from paid downrampers , then I would suggest you find a new investment platform , as the published numbers by HAS clearly to not add up for a profitable business at current REE prices , coupled with a 200 million blowout in capex , the only way HAS will ever get out of the ground , would only be with huge government assistance, tax payers money , and to be quite frank there are many more candidates in the REE space worthy of that injection with
much higher NPV business plans.
