The reason for my last post being a single dot was that it was the only way I could find to delete what I had posted. On reflection I had thought that what I had posted was a bit harsh, so deleted it straight away by over riding it with a single dot, but on reflection of my reflection, maybe I shouldn't have deleted it as I think we really an intervention otherwise our losses are going to become a complete write off. The team have regretfully demonstrated over and over again that they can't lead the company to a successful project, they can't stem the losses & can't drive the company forward.
The question is how do we stage an intervention?
