What is your reasoning for no hostile T/O by the Chinese?
The way I look at it, if Marampa is going to go for $500M, there is cash plus recievables of over 200M, then there is Pinnacle, CLS plus all the other assets, why not bid $1.50 for the whole lot which would be $1b in total.
Seems to me that would be the cheapest way to get access to the value in the other assets. If they wait for these things to be developed and then sold, they would be paying more individually.
Would suggest that TS would be happy for $1.50 T/O.
