one hole in it is that the capital groups holding is already bellow 5% and they have ceased to be a substantial holder so they don't have to declare their trading any more.
another possibility wht the divi hasnt been announced is b/c the final price for CFE's takeover of DMC is yet to be determined so TS doent know how deep hell have to dig to buy it out, which may impact slightly on the dividend. and there may be other opourtunities which have come up etc.
personally i'm happy for the company to hold the divvy, no rush from my perspective.
