It goes on all the time, RFE certainly wouldn't be immune.
That's why broker reports are in the most part, a waste of time...they are self serving.
RFE is solely being positioned for a takeover, acres acres and more acres, then offload.
It won't be at 3 or 4 bucks either, as nice as that would be, this Company will be handed up well before those prices are a reality.
