it will be exactly 1 year on the 28th of Feb that Atlas completed the $828m purchase of Giralia. Normally you need to own an investment for 12 months and the CGT implication is halved. I wonder if Flanagan is looking after the Giralia shareholders like me that took shares instead of cash and is waiting a year before a deal is done. March could be an interesting month.
