Hi McKracken,From what I have read Melanoma was Canvax key target and that its trial failed in 2005. The article I read also says that up till that time the FDA had not approved any cancer vaccine drugs. Of course since then we have had Provenge approved by the FDA for Prostate cancer. There are conceptual similarities between Provenge and PRR's Cvac that has been covered in recent posts by others.

Many drugs fail to pass the test and that is the greatest risk biotechs naturally face, closely followed by funding to get to the end game.

From my perspective its one step at a time and with PRR so far each stage has been successful including immediate funding requirements. No one can be 100 percent certain that Cvac will definitely make it but to date imo there certainly has been no reason to believe it wont succeed. The end game trials will determine the outcome.All steps so far have been successful and as a shareholder I naturally want that success to continue. Its in the hands of Doctor Frazer and his team. I wish them well.
