so let me get this right, since listing on the NASDAQ PRR has traded a total of 9 days, with an avg volume of 3015 units over those 9 days.

On the first day 8195 units were traded, and in the LAST 5 days a total avg of 1193 shares are traded. On the asx PRR has traded at 7.6m shares today, yet you put the declining NASDAQ down to algo traders minipulating shareprice because the wider market has not caught on to how much of a success story PRR is, .:. supressing the SP to buy in lower maybe?

I think more to the point out of the 119 companies listed on the NASDAQ as a bio/pharma company prr only accounts for .0084% of that market.*

The price is declining, not due to minipulation....the stock isnt liquid due to such low volumes and the main driver behind the declining share price is lack of intrest.
