Hi all, this is the basic chart I have been following to work out my basic lithium carbonate usage (BEV 25kWh - 44lbs LCE) and then I multiply it by the numbers that I pick up from potential manufacturers ie. BYD, tesla, vw, mercedes etc and it gives you a rough idea of the demand for this material, it is slightly outdated but at least the information is sourced from a reputable company that would have there finger on the pulse.
Also they haven't factored in battery storage for houses/buses/trucks, but i just get a calculation from this chart and then use 1kg LCE x kWh's as my guide with them numbers where i find potential market sale references.
this gives me a good indication on the demand and i can see this company having a great future if even half the uptake figures being thrown around by the big companies are true.
