Now that Bill McDonald is out of the picture for CDI (Camperdown Dairy international) maybe a merger of AHF and CDI. Easy way to grow for both parties as well as pick up the Camperdown complex using a rights issue after the merger.
Use CDI as the international arm amongst other things.
Use CDC as the domestic arm amongst other things.
Use "Camperdown Dairy" as the overall brand name.
Use AHF as the compliance and listing vehicle.
Put acquired CDI farms under the Trust and retain the current RE (or its proposed change).
Put Camperdown complex to good use for both CDI export product and CDC domestic product given the complex can handle the increased plant with 13 acres to play with and two access points. It was a large dairy processing plant in its previous life so suspect the utilities infrastructure is there or at least at the property boundary.
Just too many delicious opportunities out there right now.
