Ncipher ( large British company) in the cryptology buisness looking to expand.This company would be the perfect veichle for a " strategic alliance " or merger or takever for Senetas.The Company is valued at $300 million(approx) has cash reserves and assets $150million (approx).Has world wide connections etc.This was the company Safenet wanted but was not allowed to purchase.( No problems with Senetas, as we are not in the UK at present)
Like to hear some comments regarding the above
