And yep 100% correct.. doesn't matter one iota though. At the end of the day if they are willing to back the project it will reduce Capex requirements for other participants who need the metals..
Just need those cost improvements out of Korea now and off we go... Investment soon is key... It takes 4-5 years from this point to produce.
Does anyone think a govt agency in Angola is going to stump up hundreds of millions in funds to kick start a project...
