They are saying 2 years approx. to production once the finance is there.
Also if the pilot plant in Korea works it is possible they will set up a similar plant at Dubbo to process oxides they buy in from other miners. therefore money could be flowing in earlier.
Nothing certain now though but the Govt. support is great.
