agree with jas626. Makes more sense for a company to move swiftly than not. All co wants to make money fast. Time is money. They rather have the sp shoot up and get the options exercised. I will rank the order of ann to come out in the order of:
1. Tucker's Hill
2. Khusip Springs
3. Cobalt project in Canada
