    14c to 6c in 12 months. Received my agm proxy yesterday. Resolution 2 is to re elect director b Crowley. Just went back over asx announcements and it seems he didn’t bother to support company and accept his rights issue entitlement at 11c a share. Rights issue document stated all directors would be accepting their full entitlement. No asx announcement advising he accepted his. I confused.
