Anyone wanting to book a capital loss would be finding it pretty hard right now, but will it get even harder.... this is the choice facing those needing tax losses to offset capital gains. Of course Uscom could come good and everybody books a tidy little capital gain. As I see it, it's to a large part in the hands of the present ruling party of China. Do we or don't we have faith in them........ Have they ever shown a sign that they can be trusted. The geopolitics that we find ourselves entangled in are just mind boggling really, aren't they.
