A SPP at 40 cents would not have been easy. An entitlement offer around 20 cents may have worked. Doubt the BoD can coerce Rob Phillips to do anything. Rob Phillips holds the reigns as CEO, and is a majority shareholder. Now a question for yourself, would the ASX listing fees be a significant proportion of the outgoings of this business?
