Yep, the effect of the BB will be fascinating to see it play out. The BB is like shorting in reverse:
- Shorting creates a false / misleading sell sentiment by providing shares for sale.
- The BB will create a false / misleading buy sentiment by providing a buyer for shares, not an investor who wishes to invest in the company.
I'm unsure if a balance will be achieved but in my opinion, I can't see any balance being achieved until the SP rises to a price which reflects the value of the company. Unfortunately for most of us, we don't know what that is.
If the company realises the targets that PW has outlined f(and reinforced) for this year, I for one believe this value is north of $50 per share.
