    land owners won't be barons.

    the good and the great will trot out death duties on farmland to bust up the estates as britain did,and they will give the landowner the option of being accredited and following approved production methods,or paying a punitive rate of land tax.

    you can see in the submissions to the henry review of taxation the eagerness to impose controls on how food is produced,and what food is produced.----and the expectation that the good and the great have the right to use the tax system to force conformity.
