whilst in melbourne nad given the upcoming trade figures to be released by cml and djs i thought i'd pop
into one of the djs foodchain outlets and observe it's operations

trade look brisked,the store was about hallf full and seats in cafe area about half to three quaters full
not bad for just after lunch time

waitress repoted busy sales for the day
regardless if this operation of djs is profitable there
definitely appears to be a demand by customers to pay for quality products at a good price

i ordered a strong flat white

price = $2.75 - a large cup too!

quality was just right 10 out of 10
i'd like to see an improvement in the customer saervice aspect but the product more than met my expectations

i'ii be back for sure !!
