    Unfortunately there is no scientific support for recommending red wine to prevent cancer. And a recent meta-study of over 1,000 studies and data sources concluded that the optimum number of drinks per day for maximum health benefit is zero:

    That hasn’t stopped me from taking my cask strength single malts neat though!
