The thing about the oppies is that there is only 40 odd million wanted whereas over the past month this figure has consistently been over 50 million odd. The sell side has varied quite a bit but the buy side was consistent.
So why the drop today? Are the accumulators set? Is that why we're seeing a rise on the options today as there is a bit of last minute scurrying for position?
All speculative of course and could mean nothing, but I thought it was curious enough to be worth mentioning.
