Its always raining in indonesia. No problems with moving wet coal its the state of the roads that is the problem for trucks. I doubt we will hear any news until after the 26th. With the usa looking its going to fall further this may hit mid to high 8s before any news. If it does fall further it will just present another buying opportunity.
