Much easier to manipulate the RPT share price with a mkt cap of $70m.. plus they hold... what... about 15% of RPT... that's about 80,000,000 shares! They can just place massive orders in the screen, as they probably have done and force the price down.

Just for your info, if they gain compulsory acquisition of RPT and security holders do not accept Mega’s offer, the result is likely to be that holders will hold securities in an unlisted company.
