Interesting analysis. Confirms that the Canadians are getting a steal. I will vote against this as the price they are offering is daylight robbery. They need 50% of votes cast AND 75% of the shareholders voting. Its this second one that gives the little guys like us the ability to stop the sale, because it doesn't matter how many shares you hold - you count as one shareholder only. Small shareholders need to make the effort to vote when the time comes. BIP will be hoping for apathy - ie little guys not bothering to vote.
